Since; in addition to giving details for each call, this event mainly aims to establish a network of international researchers in the aviation field to build successful consortiums, we kindly remind you to send one-to-one meeting invitations to the participants working on related fields. You can examine participant profiles through the link.
If you are keen to make a presentation to introduce your skills and expertise in the “Pitching Session”, please use the event format and kindly send it back to Project Team at k.gungor@idi.ie and s.dogrusoz@idi.ie latest by the 29th of March so that the committee could review your presentation.
Moreover; if you haven’t done completed your profile yet, it is now a great time to improve it by following instructions:
How to create qualified cooperation profiles:
1. Your Profile:
We would appreciate it if you could improve your profile by uploading a photo of you and a logo of your organisation and by giving a short description of your activities.
2. Marketplace section:
It is also better to add one item to the Marketplace section: Your expertise, related research, service, or idea for a project is necessary to attract more requests for meetings.
3. B2B meetings:
In regard to the pending meeting invites, we advise the participants to accept the invitations if those are appropriate or refuse them if those are not.
Please pay attention to whether the time zone in your present location and the time zone you have been allocated in the b2match system are different or not, so you don't miss any b2b meetings you have scheduled.
4. Pitching sessions:
It is highly appreciated that you are interested in the Pitching Session. We expect all of our attendees to attend these sessions where presentations from across the world will be given. Please be informed that participants who are accepted for one of the pitching sessions, will be informed about their time slots and presentation date as soon as possible.
